COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The Undonly Circle community is designed as a calm, supportive, pressure-free space for women using the 3-Minute Mind Reset. Whether you purchased the program yourself or received it as a gift, you are welcome here. These guidelines help maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

1. THE SPIRIT OF THIS SPACE

This is a space where you can slow down. You are welcome to share or simply observe. There is no requirement to participate. Reading, reacting, or being present quietly is enough.

2. BE KIND

Treat all members with respect and consideration. Everyone here may be navigating different challenges.

3. WHAT IS WELCOME

• Sharing your experience with exercises
• Noticing small changes or reflections
• Honest thoughts, including difficult moments
• Supportive messages when appropriate
• Questions related to the program

Participation is always optional.

4. WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED

• Graphic or detailed descriptions of trauma, abuse, or self-harm
• Providing medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, including advice generated by AI tools
• Diagnosing yourself or others
• Promoting external products, services, or links
• Sharing other members’ content or personal information outside the community
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language
• Pressuring others to engage or share

These rules help protect the safety and boundaries of all members.

5. ON DIFFICULT DAYS

You may share that you are having a difficult day, with as much or as little detail as you choose.

This community is not a crisis support service. If you are experiencing distress or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a qualified professional or one of the following resources:

6. PRIVACY

Please respect the privacy of all members. Do not copy, share, or distribute content from the community outside of this space without permission.

7. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate access in cases of violations, misconduct, or misuse of the community.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity and safety of the space.
