REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here is how our refund policy works.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCT — IMMEDIATE DELIVERY

The 3-Minute Mind Reset is a digital product. Content delivery begins immediately upon purchase (Welcome PDF download and first card email within 24 hours). Because of the immediate-access nature of the product, all sales are generally final.

  1. WHEN WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:

• You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
• You did not receive the Welcome PDF or card emails due to a technical issue on our end, and we were unable to resolve the delivery problem
• You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed the Circle community or downloaded the Welcome PDF

Refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@undonly.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.

  1. WHEN WE MAY NOT ISSUE A REFUND

We may not issue a refund if:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• You have downloaded the Welcome PDF or accessed the Circle community
• You have received and opened multiple daily card emails
• The request is based on dissatisfaction with results (the Service does not guarantee outcomes — see our Disclaimers)
• You have initiated a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us

We review each request individually and with care. If your situation does not fall neatly into the categories above, please reach out to us anyway. We will do our best to find a fair resolution.

  1. GIFT PURCHASE REFUNDS

If the 3-Minute Mind Reset was purchased as a gift for another person:

• Only the gift purchaser ("Gifter") may submit a refund request, as the Gifter is the paying customer
• If the intended recipient ("Recipient") has not yet created an account or accessed any program content, the Gifter may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
• If the Recipient has already created an account, accessed the Circle community, or received card emails, the standard refund criteria in Sections 2 and 3 above apply. In most cases, a refund will not be available once the Recipient has accessed the program
• The Recipient cannot request a refund directly, as the Recipient is not the paying customer. If the Recipient has concerns, we encourage them to contact support@undonly.com and we will work with both parties toward a fair resolution

  1. CHARGEBACKS

If you believe there is an issue with your charge, please contact us at support@undonly.com before initiating a dispute with your bank, credit card company, or PayPal. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your access to the Service. Fraudulent chargebacks, for example claiming a charge was unauthorized when a legitimate purchase was made, may be reported to the appropriate platform and payment processor such as Stripe, PayPal, or your card issuer.

  1. HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method:

• Credit or debit card via Stripe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
• PayPal: Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account

Refund processing times are estimates and may vary depending on your financial institution. We have no control over processing times once a refund has been issued on our end.

  1. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS BY REGION

This Refund Policy does not limit or override any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable law. Where local law provides you with greater rights than those stated here, your local rights apply.

European Union Residents

If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, for digital content delivered online, this right may be waived if:

a) You expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, and
b) You acknowledge that by consenting to immediate delivery, you lose your right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase on undonly.com, you provide this express consent and acknowledgment. If delivery has not yet begun, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting support@undonly.com within 14 days of purchase.

United Kingdom Residents

If you are located in the United Kingdom, your consumer rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this Act, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the digital content is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

For digital content supplied in exchange for payment, you also have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which may be waived if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, as described above for EU residents.

Australian Residents

If you are located in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes those guarantees.

If you believe the Service does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact support@undonly.com.

New Zealand Residents

If you are located in New Zealand, you may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits those rights. If you believe the Service does not meet the applicable guarantees, please contact support@undonly.com.
